How do I book a castle?

How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?
Bookings are by arrangement. At least a week before the occasion. The earlier the
better. On a first come first served basis.
How much does it cost?
All prices are detailed next to the picture of the inflatable
What do the prices include?
The price includes delivery/collection, installation and deflation. we provide a
blower and an extension lead with an RCD(safety) device. Safety crash mats
When are your bouncy castles
available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round.
How long do I get the equipment for?
We usually allow a minimum of 4 hours. Extra time may be charged for, however
this is at the discretion of Castle Capers
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required for children's
bouncy castles.
How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery. We will accept a cheque one week before
the occasion to allow funds to clear.
What if I need to cancel?
You must give at least 48 hours notice.
What if it rains?
All of our castles have shower covers so can still be used in showery conditions.
Bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain due to safety reasons. If the
weather is to bad we will ring you on the day to arrange another date.
Can the bouncy castle be set up on a drive?
All the inflatables will have to be sited on grass. A slight slope may be ok. Please
discuss requirements when booking
How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However
this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
How much space is needed?
At least 2 - 3 feet around the inflatable, and 3 - 4 feet infront for the safety
mats.
When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
An electricity supply(plug socket). At least 15 meters from the inflatable
Will I get safety instructions?
Yes, we will provide a copy with the hire.
What is the age limit for playing on the castle?
Any child up to the age of twelve can
safely bounce on the castle. Maximum 9 people
What happens if the inflatable
is damaged
In the unlikely event of the castle suffering
damage, repairs will be charged for. Please contact the office for guidance.
Can
I take food on to the castle or wear shoes?
Food, drink or shoes are not allowed on
the inflatable.
